Treatment of patients with iatrogenic injuries the biliary tract is most difficult and important section in hepatobiliary surgery. When analyzing causes, it was found that 70–94 % cases this type injury observed during cholecystectomy. We present a rare clinical case development secondary cirrhosis due to trauma tract. This caused long-term suffering for patient further complications cirrhosis, specifically portal hypertension.
